Crottin

Crottin is fancy french for an exclusive goat cheese, that can be aged or served raw. It is, without a doubt, delicious.

A crottin is also a term for horse dung which looks similar in shape to a Crottin goat cheese.

Crottin is a great Syrah cheese and it's also an excellent conversation starter at any Thanksgiving Table.

Spread the Crottin Love.

This makes my mouth water. I've never seen anything for sale like this around here in southeast WA. Thanks for visiting my blog. You asked if I had any ideas for reindeer. I do have an idea for a reindeer, but more of an appetizer instead of a centerpiece. How about half a pear laid on a plate with raisin eyes, a craisin nose, and some pretzel antlers! Hope this helps!
